Summary: Very friendly staff, large room (we may have booked a larger room), only had seating for 1 but they brought us a 2nd chair. Description states laundry facilities available which was why we booked it but there was only (expensive) laundry service and no laundromat nearby. No AC but windows open and there was a fan. Good location

Summary: We had a great stay! The hotel is centrally, located at an easy walk from the train station. There’s a beautiful view of the lake and a delicious restaurant on site.

Summary: The hotel is situated in an excellent location with very good reliable transport links. The staff at de la Rouvenaz were friendly and always accommodating. The rooms were kept to a high cleanliness standard. The attached restaurant offered a good selection on the menu which was very tasty. The next time I come to visit Geneva I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: We spent two nights at hotel de la Rouvenaz and really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable. A sweet and cozy spot to relax after exploring the city!

Summary: Amazing the Clerk Janice was awesome and went above and beyond to help us fell welcomed and also provide details about the city and tourist attractions. She even helped us obtain metro vouchers for free! I would recommend this property to everyone!
